Located only 89 kilometres north of the historic city of Inhambane and with spectacular 180 degree ocean views and luxurious accommodation, the rest of the world will fade away as you relax, unwind and enjoy Massinga Beach Lodge.
Each luxurious Ocean Front Room has a private splash pool, deck and sun loungers with outsized king bed, mini bar, laptop safe, mosquito net, free-standing fan and separate air-conditioning, stylish en suite rain shower and free-standing bath tub that open out onto a own private deck and the exquisite views beyond.
The Ocean View Chalets have a lounge area with two sleeper couches, but no private plunge pool. These chalets are ideal for families.

“It was absolutely sublime! I am so grateful I was still able to go and enjoy such a wonderful experience.
The rooms were so spacious, I loved lying on that enormous bed and enjoying the spectacular view as I read! The deck was a very special place to enjoy God and his magnificent creation. The rain shower was such a treat and I really indulged in gorgeous bubble baths! And as for that plunge pool – absolute bliss!
The only down side was the food at the beginning of the week – there were a number of disgruntled guests and one distraught honeymoon couple. Fortunately Susanne took all the constructive criticism to heart and there was a distinct improvement. The local staff were very attentive and faultless.
I understand the other part owner is busy creating another hotel on the Inhambane lagoon… I think it is called Castelo dol Sol… This may be something for you to look into for other future guests?

It was fantastic – my heart always seems to draw to Mauritius, but after this holiday at Massinga I will definitely be going back to Massinga.
The location is the ultimate and the food was excellent. Suzanne was unbelievable and the staff great – I can go on and on.
We loved it.
