Casa Rex now offers travelers a sublime stopover in Vilankulos, aimed at providing choice accommodation and delectable dining to the discerning traveler or businessman. Reminiscent of a gracious era and with its buildings encompassed in lush gardens, Casa Rex overlooks the southern-central section of Vilankulo bay and the Bazaruto Archipelago, a World Heritage Site.
ACCOMMODATION
Accommodation is charming, decorated in an individual style with an emphasis in the lounge and dining areas on custom crafted wood furniture and fittings.With bathroom en-suite, all rooms offer a breezy perspective of the bay. For maximum comfort, mosquito nets are hung and windows are fitted with shutters against the occasional rain shower.
Casa Rex is not close to swimming beaches, being high up on a promontory, but has stunning views over Vilanculos Bay, and two lovely swimming pools. Excursions and day trips, with diving / fishing, can be arranged with the management of Casa Rex.
